Bats in the Attic are back in 2023 to present a two-day experience on 📆September 8th & 9th, where the night and day comes alive!!

🦇Mark E Moon
Starting the frivolities will be Mark E moon, a Synthpop Post-Punk band hailing from the Isle of Man. They have been described as “ The Sisters meets the Pet Shop Boys”.
Nine Day Decline, a UK band, who have supported the likes of Chameleons Vox & Spear of Destiny, will produce a dark, gothic Post-Punk sound for you to wrap your ears around!
The penultimate band of the evening are Black Doldrums. They produce a dark psych, contemporary form of gothic Post-Punk. We were blown away by their debut album “Dead Awake” which was our introduction to the band.
Skeletal Family are headlining the evening and we’re sure you’ll all enjoy them with their new singer Anneka Latta, and end the night on a high! They have toured with the likes of The Sisters of Mercy, Siouxsie & The Banshees & The Mission and have just headlined the Taubchenthal stage at WGT!!

Kicking off Saturday’s festivities are The Dead Seasons, travelling down from Scotland to play for us. Their latest single “Welcome to the Consequences” was released just last month. Take a listen.
Senex IV are next to show us a powerful performance that will take you to a dark, mysterious place whilst feeding on their energy. We’re eagerly waiting for their new track “No One Hears Me”.
The next band to feature made the claim “Goth Rock’s not dead!!” Need we say more….let’s welcome Dryland!!
Canada is famous for Due South, Trailer Park Boys and………Double Eyelid!! They released a new single in January this year “World in Ashes” and we are excited that they are travelling so far for our festival.
Cold In Berlin will keep you mesmerized with their dark Post-punk songs with fuzzy doom guitars and Maya’s captivating voice. They blew us away when we saw them on their return after covid, be prepared for the shockwaves!!
The Foreign Resort hail from Copenhagen, Denmark and have toured relentlessly across North America & Europe…..now it is time for us to welcome them to the UK for their debut appearance!! We’ll enjoy a mix of dark new-wave & explosive post-punk. This is a UK exclusive, do not miss it!!
Headlining the Bats in the Attic 2023 festival is The Exploding Boy!! Coming to the UK from Sweden, this Post/punk band will leave you craving more when they perform for us! They have released 5 albums, the latest being “Alarms!” Their only date in the UK this year, don’t miss them!!
