Grooving in Green brought some established UK gothic rock pedigree to the first CorrosionFest.

Formed in 2008, the band had already built a following through releases including Post Traumatic Stress, Stranglehold and their 2019 album A Second Chance…, alongside appearances across the UK and Europe.

The 2020 performance featured their original frontman General Megatron Bison, better known as Tron, whose vocals had been central to the band's sound since its early days.

There was also a familiar face standing in on bass. With regular bassist Eleonora Rossi unable to travel because of the developing pandemic, Andy Cousin of All About Eve stepped in for the show.

It was a particularly strong lineup for the band, bringing together musicians with a considerable history in the gothic rock scene.
