Mark E Moon, the Isle of Man’s, foremost purveyors of post-punk/Darkwave are no strangers to Bats in the Attic, having opened up the Friday night in 2023 to much acclaim.
Lead singer Mark then played in 2024 as part of Belgian Goth Rock band Ground Nero, so when Witch of the Vale unfortunately had to pull out this year, we suggested Mark E Moon come back to play their new album ”Pop Noir”, which is coincidently released on the same weekend as the festival.
Pop Noir is the bands fourth release following “Refer” in 2019, “Old Blood” in 2021 and “Resist” in 2024 and it is another brilliant collection of pop infused Darkwave and Post Punk.
